Our network of dedicated home care aides undergo a 3-tier selection process before being introduced to the client.
Stage 1: Interview and Screening
Applicants are asked to establish their ability and potential to show compassion and experience in senior care. References are required.
Stage 2: Background Check and Processing
Applicants are required to submit employment eligibility documents.
They also undergo a state-required tuberculosis test, criminal background check, and register as a home care aide in the state database.
Stage 3: Orientation and Training
Applicants are complete a two-hour orientation and a three-hour health and safety training before meeting the client.

We are licensed in the State of California (LIC # 414700045), insured and bonded, and accredited by the Better Business Bureau.
